C. PInckney Roberts practiced law in Columbia and Hilton Head from 1968 until his retirement in 2015. He practiced in the areas of   

general litigation, appeals, condemnation, legislation, corporations, insurance, contracts, utility law, electric cooperatives and real estate.  He has mediated numerous disputes since 2013. Mr. Roberts does not conduct Family Court  mediation.

Mr. Roberts has served as Assistant Attorney General of South Carolina, General Counsel of several large corporations and Judge Advocate General in the US Naval Reserve.

Mission statement – Our mission is to assist disputing parties, whether they are involved in litigation or not, to resolve their differences as promptly and inexpensively as possible.
